Our hearing tests are suitable for ages 4 and older and can serve both as diagnostic tools and screening assessments to provide you with accurate objective measurements that can be used in helping diagnose ear and hearing health symptoms in adults and children.

​Our Suite of Assessments for your Hearing and Ear Health Needs

 

​We offer a variety of assessments, and each consultation with one of our audiologists is tailored to meet that person's specific requirements:​

• Pure Tone Audiometry: Measures your ability to hear different frequencies and volumes through headphones.

• Bone Conduction Audiometry: assesses the softest sound you can hear across different pitches through a bone conduction headband, which can help diagnose the middle ear versus inner ear hearing impairment. 

• Tympanometry (Middle Ear Function Test): Assesses the function of the middle ear, including negative pressure and fluid buildup. This is particularly useful in children who may be experiencing ‘glue ear’.

• Video-otoscopy: We use a camera to show you inside your own ears, which can be beneficial as an educational tool and give you an insight as to what goes on in there! 

• iPad Hearing Screening: this is a screening tool that is offered for free to every patient, which can indicate whether or not a full audiological assessment is required.

• Fun and Engaging Listening Games for Kids: our clinic has a specially custom built sound booth that is equipped with hearing games that keeps a child’s attention, to help get accurate testing results, (hopefully) minus the meltdown.
